Rates & Taxes

  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • All bookings are subject to deposit equivalent to ONE NIGHT’S STAY, payable at time of booking. See Cancellation policy.
  • Rates in Canadian Dollars plus applicable taxes (16%)
  • $1000 deposit due upon booking the Beach House.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Website specials may NOT be used in conjunction with any other specials, are subject to availability on select suites.
  • Rates in the Beach House are based on 6 occupants. Extra charge for additional guests up to 14 ($20 per person per night). Infants under 1 are free.
  • +$200 Cleaning Fee per booking

  • Check-in time is 4pm-11pm
  • Check-out time is 11am
  • $1000 Damage Deposit required upon check-in (Credit card pre-auth), to be released after room is cleaned and inspected.

BEACH HOUSE Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings require equivalent of ONE-NIGHT’S STAY deposit at time of booking.
  • All cancellations and alterations are subject to an administrative charge equal to 25% of initial deposit.
  • All bookings made more than 48 hours in advance have 24-hour grace period. No penalty if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation.

After 24-hour grace period:

Reservations between May 1 – September 30, and all designated holidays:

  • Minimum 180 days notice of cancellation. Subject to administrative charge above.
  • No refunds within 90 days of check-in.
  • Alterations – if available – are subject to an additional admin fee of $50.

Reservations between October 1 – April 30:

  • Minimum 30 days notice of cancellation. Subject to administrative charge above.
  • No refunds within 30 days of check-in.
  • Alterations – if available – are subject to an additional admin fee of $50.
COVID-19 Information and UpdatePlease read regarding reservations and cancellations

In wake of the COVID19 pandemic, we are no longer taking reservations for stays before April 21, 2020. We want to do our part to flatten the curve and keep people safe. Please note, all previously confirmed reservations will be honored.

We ask that you take the necessary precautions, and wear gloves and mask before entering the Office upon check-in or during your stay.

Any reservations made after April 21, 2020, will follow the cancellation policies that are in place.  If you are unsure, we recommend you purchase cancellation insurance.

In addition, if you have made a reservation that needs to be canceled due to the COVID19 virus, we encourage you to read the cancellation policy for your booking. We will be following our cancellation policy, however, in these uncertain times, any non-refundable deposit may be applied to a future booking. You can request to apply those funds toward a future stay with the following restrictions:

The stay must be completed before December 31, 2020;
The stay cannot occur over a statutory holiday, or between June 22, 2020, to Sept  10, 2020; and
The stay must be booked directly through our web site or over the phone.
